Found a book in our studio a while ago: ‘Wildwood’ by photographer Pete Davis and when i saw it from a distance i though it was a retrospective about Jackson Pollock’s works. Mr. Davis focuses on wild nature and it’s visual attributes. I think that visual perception and understanding of nature behind these photos and behind a landscape architecture project is (or should be) basically the same. It’s about colors, textures, seasons and ability to see nature abstractly.
